# Release Notes October 2024
## Updates and Improvements to the obi Application
### Features and Fixes
Obi Web Updates:

| Quality Management | Fixed upside down photos on inspection reports | Photos will now always appear the correct way up when added to an inspection report |
| Quality Management | Fixed an issue with PDF size and timeouts | PDFs will now generate correctly in all scenarios, and the size will be proportional to the content of the report |
| Quality Management | Fixed an issue when uploading an "own report" alongside IFCOs | When uploading an own report and raising IFCOs, the own report attached will now be correctly linked within the generated inspection report |
| User Profile | Added MFA to Build-Zone environment | Build-Zone users can now enable MFA on their accounts. See September patch notes for more details |
| User Profile | Fixed an issue with UK mobile phone numbers | Users can now enter UK mobile phone numbers on their profile page |
| File Manager | Added Last Modified information to files | Files in file manager will now track the last date the file was modified, along with the user that performed the action |
| Design Deliverables | Fixed an issue where some users were unable to change a review | Users are now always able to change a review if the deliverable is in the correct state |
| Client Portal | Added ability to search by both project name and id in permission groups | The list of projects in permission groups will now display both project name and id, and will be searchable by both fields |
| Report Builder | Changed the benchmarks and issues tables to exclude archived records by default | The tables will now default to excluding all archived records. Users wanting to show archived records can change this in settings when adding a table |
| Project Dashboard | Fixed an issue where benchmarks would be counted twice | Returned benchmarks are now only counted as returned instead of returned and overdue, leading to more accurate numbers on graphs |
ESG Tool Updates:

| Asset Management | Fixed asset bulk upload to read typologies correctly | Asset typologies will now be correctly read from the upload, and any errors will be accurately reported |
| Asset Management | Change asset usage type to be fully optional | Users can now enter all 0's for an asset that does not require typology information |
| Asset Management | Fixed an issue where profile name updates were not reflected in the UI | Updating a user's display name will now show across the tool immediately |
| Consumptions | Added fugitive emissions to overall emissions grids | Contributions from fugitive emissions are now taken into account in the overall carbon emissions grids |
| Consumptions | Fixed an issue with the new nav bar disappearing | The new nav bar will now appear correctly in all circumstances |
| Consumptions | Changed custom emission types to require unique names | All custom emission types in an asset must now have unique names |
| Consumptions | Changed error messages for bulk upload to be more readable | The error messages now contain the Asset Code, Submeter Code, and Emission Type Description |
| Consumptions | Fixed an issue when changing the assignee on a custom emission type | Changing an assignee on a custom emissions type will now work as expected |
| Indicators | Fixed an issue when re-submitting a returned indicator | When viewing a re-submitted indicator, all evidence re-uploaded is now available to review, instead of only the original evidence |
| Certifications | Fixed an issue where the submission button was not disabled | Entering comments longer than the word count will now disable the submissions button correctly |
| Certifications | Fixed an issue with certifications that expire on the current day | When creating a certification that expires on the current day, it will now correctly appear in the expired tab |
