Updates and improvements to obi Web Application
Feature Spotlight: Fugitive Emissions
Obi ESG now provides the ability to track, aggregate and display fugitive emissions alongside the current suite of emission types. Within an asset, users can add fugitive emissions types, assign other users to upload consumption data, and select the gas type, which will govern the calculated emissions factor.
The add fugitive emission type dialogue
Once consumption data has been added, fugitive emissions will contribute to overall carbon emissions, and be displayed in the Absolute Carbon Emissions and Scope Breakdown graphs on the dashboard.

Feature Spotlight: Asset Typology
Obi ESG now tracks asset typology across all assets in a portfolio. When creating or editing an asset, users can select the asset type (Development or Operational), and set the asset typology. See below for a screenshot of the interface:

The percentage can be input for multiple typologies, allowing for mixed-use assets. This information is relevant to several reporting types, and will be compulsory for users wishing to take advantage of our future CRREM reporting and analysis tools.
