obi users will experience temporary loss of service during a planned down-time period on Wednesday 13th December.
From 5pm to 6pm (GMT) the obi web application will be down to allow for the implementation of a new permissions and user access admin module.

Users are informed ahead of time of this planned down time by a banner on the log-in screen, and on the day of the interruption, they will recieve an in-app warning, as a reminder to save their work.
