Service outage information
The obi® team would like to notify all users of a service outage which occurred this morning, Friday September 1st 2023, between 2:34am and 8:12am:
- During this time users were unable to log into their obi account on web or mobile.
- This outage was the result of an OS error that occurred during daily data back-ups, and not caused by an external breach.
- The root cause of this error has been resolved and steps have been taken to reduce the risk of this event reoccurring.
