Service outage information
The obi team would like to notify all users of a service outage which occurred this morning between 0:00am and 8:29am:

During this time users were unable to log into their obi account on web due to an expired certificate which blocked the log-in page in all internet browsers.

This outage was the result of a process error that prevented the renewal of the security certificate, and not caused by an external breach.
- The root cause of this error has been resolved and steps have been taken to reduce the risk of this event reoccurring.
