Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. You must enter the Sweepstakes between 12:00 am (GMT) on June 24th 2024 and 12:00 pm (GMT) on July 9th 2024 (the “Entry Deadline”) to be eligible to win. Entries are exempt for the following: (a) Employees of Catalyst or Obi and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition, (b) Members of family who are directly related to employees of Catalyst or Obi. For the purposes of the Sweepstakes, family members are defined as spouse, partner, mother, father, legal guardian, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren (including “step” as they may apply). No purchase is necessary to enter and purchasing a product will not increase your chances of winning. Multiple entries from the same person are not accepted. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
Prizes:
One (1) gift card with a value of €200EUR (or the equivalent of €200EUR in local currency) to one (1) randomly selected survey respondents per survey.
How to Enter:
Eligible persons will be entered automatically when they complete the entirety of the Survey found at the link emailed to them INCLUDING providing a valid email address at which to reach them. Entries must be received by the Entry Deadline. Catalyst/Obi is not responsible for any incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt.
Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes.
Prize Drawing:
Within ten (10) business days following the Entry Deadline, potential prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these rules, the potential winners will be declared the official winners of the Sweepstakes. You need not be present.
Notification:
Winners will be notified by email at the email address provided and given instructions to claim the prize. Any failure of a winner to accept the prize will result in forfeiture of the Prize. In the event that a potential winner forfeits or is disqualified for any reason, an alternate potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
Prize Restrictions:
Limit of one (1) prize per person/household. All prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made available except at Catalyst/Obi’s sole discretion. Catalyst/Obi will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Catalyst/Obi reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Each prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income. No more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these rules will be awarded. All prizes will be awarded.
Conditions:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants and prize winners agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Catalyst/Obi, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Catalyst/Obi reserves the right (a) to disqualify permanently from this Sweepstakes any entrant it believes has violated these rules and (b) to verify the eligibility of entrants. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants and prize winners release Catalyst/Obi and its employees, directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability or damages with respect to or arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.
Use of Data:
All information collected from entrants in connection with their participation in the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Catalyst/obi privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.catalyst-group.com/privacy-policy/. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Irish data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent
