How to navigate and update the obi dashboard

This video will show you how to navigate the obi Dashboard and give an overview of each section

 

1 - The dashboard is the main screen of obi®. It displays a list of graphs that provide a comprehensive overview of actions across the modules and the project.

2 - The primary graph is your My Task breakdown. This displays every task that has been assigned to you within the selected project.

3 - Scroll down to find the "Inspection Plan Overview." It will display planned versus actual for all project stakeholders. In this graph, you can switch between the categories rejected, overdue, due, and submitted.

4 - The graph of IFCOs (Issues for Closeout) by Contractors follows. This graph displays a list of contractors and the issues assigned to them in the selected project.

5 - The graph of IFCOs by Reviewers follows. This graph displays a list of reviewers and the issues assigned to them in the selected project.

6 - The graph of IFCOs by Work Package follows. This graph displays a list of issues raised in the project, organised by the work packages against which they were raised. You'll also be able to switch between the following issue classifications: snag, a recurring issue, observation, remedial action, and work in progress.

7 - At a higher level, there is also an IFCOs by Discipline graph. This graph displays a list of issues raised in projects organised by the disciplines against which they were raised.

8 - Scroll down to find the Benchmarks by Contractors graph. This graph displays a list of contractors and the benchmarks assigned to them that are outstanding, need to be submitted, or have been returned in the project selected.

9 - The Benchmarks by Reviewers graph is also included. This graph displays a list of reviewers as well as the benchmarks assigned to them in the selected project.

10 - Scroll down to see the Queries breakdown graph. This graph displays the current status of all queries raised in the project by category.

11 - The Meetings Actions graph follows. This graph displays a list of actions that have been assigned to each meeting in obi®.

12 - The Design Deliverables graph can be found further down. This graph shows the progress of the deliverables in each folder as well as their live status.

13 - The Critical Documentation graph is also included. This graph shows the progress of each document within each folder as well as its current status.

14 - The dashboard is updated overnight, so it is not a real-time representation. You can update at any time to get the most up-to-date information by clicking the refresh button on the top right-hand side of the screen.
