This article will explain how to navigate the queries module in obi
1 - From the Project Management module on the left-hand side of the screen, select "Queries/RFIs."
2 - By default, all queries assigned to you in the currently selected project will be found in the Queries/RFIs log.
3 - On this page, you'll find a table with the query number, categories, subject, action assignee, deadline, and live status.
4 - The queries displayed by default are those that you have raised, those that have been sent to you directly, or those for which you have been designated as a notifier.
5 - If you have the necessary access, the "Query Summary Type" filter in the top left-hand corner of the log allows you to select and gain access to "All Project Queries."
6 - To assist navigation, obi® includes a number of filter options at the top of the screen. You will be able to filter by categories, open/closed queries, responded/unresponded queries, the person who raised the query, or the person to whom the query was sent.
7 - You can also instantly search for a specific query by typing the title, number or name into the “Search” bar located on the top right-hand side of the log.
