- To access the obi® Meetings module, select "Meetings" from the Project Management module on the left-hand side of the screen.
- You will be able to access all meetings created in the project through the meetings log. Use the filters at the top of the log to quickly find a specific meeting. You can sort by active and archived meetings, as well as meeting templates used in this project.
- Access the "Meeting Actions log" at the top right-hand side of the screen. Within this section, you can view and extract every action from every meeting throughout the project.
- Depending on your project permissions, you can also access the "Meeting Settings." You can create and edit meeting templates and types here, as well as set meeting reminders.
- You'll also find the "Meet Now" and "Schedule a Meeting" buttons to help you plan your meetings. When you need to add retrospective meeting minutes, the system's best option is to meet now.
- When navigating through the log, look for the action buttons on the left-hand side. The blue eye icon allows you to view the meeting minutes, and the three bars icon displays the action log for that meeting.
- If a meeting is still open, it will be marked as "NO" in the completed column, and you will see a yellow edit button that allows you to edit the meeting information.
- The columns can all be sorted, and you'll see the meeting template, type, title, date, time, and status. You also have more information, such as the last action date and who modified the meeting the most recently.
- On the right, you'll see a download icon that allows you to save your meeting minutes in PDF format.
- You will also find an archive button, which will allow you to archive any completed meetings that do not need to be kept in the log.
- Pay attention to the "Completed?" column. This gives you the meeting's current status, whether it has been completed or not. When you have closed and formally distributed your meeting minutes, the meeting is marked as completed.
- Using the search bar on the right-hand side of the screen, you can easily find your meeting. Simply enter a keyword, such as your title or the person in charge of the meeting.
