1 - Select "Inspection Plan Overview" from the Quality Management module on the left-hand side of the screen. This is the obi® inspections reports overview area.
2 - On the overview page, you can filter or search for a specific inspection report by entering the title of the report or work package, for example.
3 - Once you've located the completed report and want to view it, simply click the "view report" button on the right side of the log. It will open a new tab containing the PDF report, which you can also download (it may differ depending on your internet browser).
4 - On this page, you can also filter based on a variety of criteria, including the company responsible for the report, disciplines, zones, or work packages, and whether you want to see construction, design, or reports with checklists. When you save the log, it is updated and only those reports that match your filter selection are displayed.
5 - This log contains a table showing the inspection reports that have been finalised or saved as drafts.
