How to generate an excel export from the obi® inspection plan overview.

1 - Select "Inspection Plan Overview" from the Quality Management module on the left-hand side of the screen. This is the obi® inspections reports overview area.

2 - Scroll down to the bottom of the overview page to find the three download links:

• Download Inspection Plan (as implemented): displays all reports submitted to the project.

• Download Full Inspection Plan: displays all reports in the project that have been scheduled, submitted, or are in draught form.

• Download 4 weeks Look Ahead: displays all reports scheduled for the next four weeks but not yet submitted.
