1 - From the Project Management module on the left-hand side of the screen, select "Queries/RFIs."
2 - Search for the specific line item in the query log. Click "View Questions" to take action and close a question. You will see the previously raised questions as well as the responses to those questions.
3 - To close a question, go to the question container's top and click the "Close Question" button. You will only be able to close the questions you raised within that query.
4 - If I need to reopen the question at any point, as the originator, you can do so by clicking "Re-open Question."
5 - Once all questions within the query have been answered, the "All Questions Closed?" column will be marked as YES and coloured grey.
