How to bulk download inspection reports into a ZIP file within the obi® inspection plan overview.

1 - Select "Inspection Plan Overview" from the Quality Management module on the left-hand side of the screen. This is the obi® inspections reports overview area.

2 - Locate the "Download Zip File" button at the bottom of the overview page. This button will create a ZIP file containing all of the reports available in the log.

3 - To further narrow down and only have specific reports, use the filters on the top left-hand side of the log. Return to the "Download ZIP File" button after saving, and it will generate a ZIP file with all reports as per your filter selection.
