Explaining the status columns in queries

This article will explain the status of queries

1 - Within the queries log, there are two distinct columns driven by colour coding that provide a live status of the queries before accessing them. These columns are labelled "All Questions Answered?" and "All Questions Closed?"

2 - At the top of the screen, obi® includes a number of filter options to assist navigation. You will be able to filter queries by open/closed status and responded/unresponded status.

3 - "Questions Answered?" - The column status is determined by each and every question that has been raised within that query, as well as whether or not all of the questions have been answered. Once all questions in that query have been answered, this column will display "YES."

4 - The difference between "All Questions Responded?" and "All Questions Closed?" is that if you send a question to a colleague asking him/her to provide you with a report and your colleague's response does not provide you with the information or document you required, you can return to your colleague requesting more information. The question will remain open only until your colleague's response is completed and accepted by you.

5 - As the question creator, you must select "Close Question" once you are satisfied with the query response. This will then close the question and change the status of the query "All Questions Closed?" to YES.

6 - The final status of every query should always be "YES" in both columns, with blue and grey colour coding, as shown in the video above.
