Obi ESG Platform: Fund Level Targets for Green Building Certification

Who will benefit:

Fund Managers and ESG Strategists who want to track progress toward Building Certification targets for multiple assets in a Fund or Portfolio.

How it works:

• Users can define certification objectives as a fund level, which will prompt Asset or Property Managers to upload evidence of a completed building certificate with the appropriate level and type by a specified deadline.
• Strategy Managers can define equivalent Certification Levels across different certification bodies to track compliance in different territories.
• Easy to use filter and multiselect functions allow Fund Managers to nominate assets which are eligible for certification based on value, typology, location or operational category.
• Comprehensive progress dashboards and asset level information can be reviewed directly in the platform, or exported for use in Strategy Reports.

Obi Inspect: Custom Templates for Inspection Reports

Who will benefit:

Contractor or Subcontractor teams that want to create professional inspection reports, tailored to the specific needs of their company and inspection type.

How it works:

• Users can create multiple templates for different types of inspections, that each of their colleagues can use during site inspections on all of their Obi projects.
• Each template can be customised with company branding, a custom cover page, and watermarks.
• Users can choose from several layout options to suit the needs of each inspection. Define the size and placements of images, structure of floorplans and zoom level of pins dropped on each drawing.
• Optionally include GPS location data for each photograph, and a satellite map if the inspection site.
